Majestey Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return Policy:
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Condition: Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with the security tag intact, and in all original packaging. Refund Method: Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit. Damaged Products: For completely damaged products, a full refund will be provided based on video proof of unboxing. Unacceptable Condition: If a product is returned to us that has been worn, used, damaged, or is otherwise in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund. Alternatively, we reserve the right to reduce your refund value to reflect any reduction in the value of a product.
2. Exchange Policy:
Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. Condition: Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with the security tag intact, and in all original packaging. Sale Items: No exchanges on sale items. Only store credit will be issued for sale items. Reverse Pickup: The reverse pickup will occur within 2-3 working days after the Return & Exchange request is submitted. Once we receive your request, our logistics team will collect the product within 2-3 working days. The courier will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pickup depends on the availability of service in your area. Shipping of Exchange Items: After the product is picked up, the exchange item will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
Further Exchanges: We will deliver the first exchange item to you free of charge, but any further exchanges will be subject to a delivery charge.
3. Shipping Costs:
Return Shipping: Majestey will cover the return shipping costs. Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, Majestey will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item to you. International Orders: Majestey will cover the return and exchange shipping costs for orders outside India as well.
4. Damaged Products:
Complete Refund: For products that are completely damaged, a full refund will be initiated based on video proof of unboxing. Please email the video proof to care@majestey.com.
5. Quality Check
Approval Process: Once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Once approved, your exchange/return request will be processed further.
6. COD Orders:
Store Credit Issuance: For COD orders, store credit will be issued within 1-2 working days from the return pickup date and sent to your registered email address or contact number.
7. How to Return Your Product(s):
Step 1: Initiate Your Return: Go to majestey.com/returns, tell us what item(s) you want to return and why. Confirm your return. Step 2: Return Pick-Up: We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order, and the courier shall pick it up within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach back to our order processing center. You will not be charged shipping costs for your return.  When Reverse Pickup is Not Available: If reverse pickup is not available in your pincode, you are responsible for returning the goods to us. Please ensure that you package your return to prevent any damage and use a "tracked" service.
8. How to Exchange Your Product(s):
Step 1: Initiate Your Exchange: Go to majestey.com/returns, tell us what item(s) you want to exchange and why. Confirm your exchange request. Step 2: Exchange Pick-Up: We will arrange for a pick-up of your order, and the courier shall pick it up within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach back to our order processing center. Step 3: Approval and Shipping: Once your item has been received and approved through our quality check, the exchange item will be shipped to you within 24-48 hours. You will not be charged shipping costs for your exchange.
