Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Share product images if the item is damaged or defective

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product, exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit or refund options may be provided.


Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


International Returns

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery timelines for exchanges may vary depending on the destination country.
